Text of the meditation

Justice reigns, and all that is called injustice is fleeting and illusory. The person who is continually getting enraged over the injustice of their fellow human beings, who talks about being badly treated, or who mourns over the lack of justice in the world around them, shows by their conduct, by their attitude of mind, that they believe in injustice.

However they may protest to the contrary, in their inmost heart they believe that confusion and chaos are dominant in the universe, the result being that they dwell in misery and unrest, and their conduct is faulty. Again, whoever believes in love, in its stability and power, practises it under all circumstances, never deviates from it, and bestows it alike on enemies and on friends.

The person who believes in justice remains calm through all trials and difficulties.
