Text of the meditation
Nothing is hidden from one who overcomes themselves. Into the cause of causes you will penetrate, and lifting, one after another, every veil of illusion, will reach at last the inmost Heart of Being. Thus becoming one with Life, you will know all life, and, seeing into causes and knowing realities, you will be no more anxious about yourself and others and the world, but will see that all things that are, are engines of the Great Law.
Canopied with gentleness, you will bless where others curse; love where others hate; forgive where others condemn; yield where others strive; give up where others grasp; lose where others gain. And in their strength they will be weak; and in your weakness you will be strong; indeed, you will mightily prevail. "Therefore, when Heaven would save a person, it enfolds them with gentleness." Whoever has not unbroken gentleness has not Truth.
