Text of the meditation
The regulation and purification of conduct. The whole journey from the Kingdom of Strife to the Kingdom of Love resolves itself into a process that may be summed up in these words: the regulation and purification of conduct. Such a process must, if assiduously pursued, necessarily lead to perfection.
It will also be seen that as a person gains mastery over certain forces within themselves, they arrive at a knowledge of all the laws that operate in the realm of those forces, and by watching the ceaseless working of cause and effect within themselves until they understand it, they then understand it in its universal adjustments in the body of humanity.
The process is also one of simplification of the mind, a sifting away of everything but the essential gold in character. They no longer live for themselves; they live for others; and so living, they enjoy the highest bliss, the deepest peace.
