November 4: Whoever has found Meekness has found divinity

Text of the meditation

Whoever has found Meekness has found divinity. The mountain does not bend to the fiercest storm, but it shelters the fledgling and the lamb; and though everyone treads upon it, it protects them and bears them up upon its deathless bosom. So it is with the meek person who, though shaken and disturbed by nothing, compassionately bends to shelter the lowliest creature, and, though they may be despised, lifts up everyone and lovingly protects them.

As glorious as the mountain in its silent might is the divine person in their silent Meekness; like its form, their loving compassion is expansive and sublime. Truly, their body, like the mountain's base, is fixed in the valleys and the mists; but the summit of their being is eternally bathed in cloudless glory, and lives with the Silence.

The meek person has realised the divine consciousness and knows themselves as divine.
