Text of the meditation
Find the Divine Centre within. Whoever resolves not to settle for appearances, shadows and illusions will, by the piercing light of that resolve, dispel every passing fantasy and step into the substance and reality of life. They will learn how to live, and they will live.
They will be the slave of no passion, the servant of no opinion, the devotee of no cherished error. Having found the Divine Centre in their own heart, they will be pure, calm, strong and wise, and will ceaselessly radiate the Heavenly Life in which they live, which is their very self.
To not know what within you is changeless and defies time and death is to know nothing at all, and to play in vain with unsubstantial reflections in the Mirror of Time.
